SHIPPING
* United Parcel Service (UPS) and the US Postal Service (USPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
* FREE SHIPPING – We pay the shipping cost on all orders of $99 or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
Shipments going to APO’s, FPO’s and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
UPS Ground, Next Day and 2-Day Air packages
* On UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same business day you order. * Orders received after 1:30 pm EST may not ship until the next Business Day. * We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.

1 Business Day – All US Addresses – You will be shown the shipping charges during checkout prior to finalizing your order. Our domestic shipping rates are based on UPS shipping rates. Domestic orders over $99 are eligible for free UPS ground shipping. 2nd Day air and Next Day air are not.
Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information. If we cannot reach you the shipping of your package may be delayed.
International Orders May be Subject to Local Custom Fees. Sorry but We are not Responsible for them.
International Shipping can take 2- 6 weeks due to Customs of the individual country.
RETURNS
If You are not Satisfied with Your Purchase, We will Refund your money on Brand New Merchandise Within 30 days of Order Placement that has all original Tags and Packaging Minus the Shipping Costs. Purchases that qualified for Free Shipping will still be deducted if Order is Returned. Sorry, No Refunds or Exchanges on Altered Items.
* Customer must ship back returns or exchanges at their expense unless they received the wrong item in error.
Any package that does not contain a proper Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package will be refused. Please Email Us for a Return Authorization Number Request and you will be instructed how to proceed.
You Must email us first for an exchange with your order number. If your order is past the 30 days exchange time then the sale is considered final.
Group Orders and Special Orders are Non-Refundable. Orders will be considered a group order if there are 3 or more similar items per order. They will be deemed a special order if any quantity of merchandise has to be special ordered. Orders will also be deemed a group or special order if the order is from a theater or costume shop.
